Terms of use
What this website is, and what it is not.
Effective 30 July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for engineering work. That is always a separate written proposal or contract, and where the two disagree, the written agreement wins.
What this site is
Information about what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a specification you can rely on, or advice for your situation. What we are capable of, what we carry and what we can commit to all change as products and projects change.
A scope, a price and a delivery commitment exist only once we have put them in writing for your job and you have accepted them.
Photographs and drawings
The photographs on this site are illustrative and generated. They are not photographs of our customers' premises, and nothing in them is presented as an installation we have delivered. They show the kinds of setting the work happens in.
The device in the interactive viewer is the real manufactured geometry of a product we have built. The diagrams are simplified to make a point, not to specify a design.
Our material
The wording, drawings, imagery, marks and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote a short part of it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, use it commercially, or present it as your own.
Remote Pro is our parent business and its marks belong to it.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for what is on it.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise either. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
What we ask of you
Do not interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or use it to break the law. If you think you have found a security problem, tell us and we will work with you on it.
Where the law limits us
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site, and our liability is limited to supplying the information again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Privacy
Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. The courts of that state have jurisdiction.
